Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and foster a high-performing remote sales team, the full-time Sales Manager will lead Account Executives, focusing on team development, performance management, and strategic sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Create a team culture of trust and accountability while encouraging open communication
- Develop and train new Account Executives on the sales process and oversee sales development execution
- Coach team members on strategies to increase revenue and conduct regular pipeline reviews
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
- Documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding targets for at least 3 years
- Experience in hiring, training, and ramping new Account Executives
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and inspire change
- Expertise in managing sales metrics and refining decision-making processes
