Job Summary
Leading a remote team of Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by fostering a high-performance culture, coaching team members, and collaborating on strategic sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Create a team culture of trust, accountability, and success while encouraging open communication
- Support direct reports in client meetings and develop the sales team through hiring and training
- Manage sales metrics, conduct pipeline reviews, and evolve sales strategies to enhance performance
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of sales management experience with quota-carrying Account Executives
- 3 years of documented individual sales success exceeding targets
- Experience in hiring, training, and ramping new Account Executives
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and inspire change
- Expertise in managing sales metrics and decision-making processes
