Job Summary
Leading a team of Business Development Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager will drive pipeline growth by coaching early-career sales talent and developing outbound strategies while collaborating with various departments to ensure effective prospecting and opportunity creation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline generation and opportunity creation targets
- Drive outbound prospecting strategy and ensure consistent execution across key markets
- Monitor team performance through metrics and conduct regular coaching sessions focused on sales techniques
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS
- 2+ years of experience managing BDR, SDR, or inside sales teams
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing prospecting teams
- Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and pipeline management
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and similar sales technologies
