Job Summary
To lead a dynamic sales team, the full-time remote Sales Manager will inspire and develop a group of 9 Account Executives while designing and executing sales strategies to achieve quarterly quotas and enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans while managing team productivity and quality
- Hire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and high-performing environment
- Conduct regular forecast reviews and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and/or Force Management methodologies
- Experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity is preferred but not required
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams
- Strong customer focus with a history of identifying and responding to customer needs
