Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the remote Sales Manager will focus on net new logo acquisition in the mid-market and lower-enterprise segment, coaching reps on both direct sales and broker/channel strategies to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of 4-6 Account Executives, ensuring high performance in activity and pipeline management
- Own and accurately forecast the team's new logo bookings target, conducting regular pipeline reviews and deal inspections
- Develop and execute strategies for building relationships with benefits brokers and consultants to enhance the sales process
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of direct sales experience in benefits administration or HCM, with a strong understanding of HR/benefits buyers and brokers
- 3+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving team targets
- Hands-on experience with broker/channel sales motions and developing relationships to drive business
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise segments with complex buying committees
- A coaching orientation with a focus on developing team members' performance and skills
