Job Summary

Driving the growth of the Acumatica sales team across the U.S. and Canada, the full-time Sales Manager will lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver impactful product demonstrations remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic plans focused on driving new business revenue in manufacturing, food, and construction sectors
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing deals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Extensive ERP sales experience, preferably with Acumatica
  • Proven success in building relationships with C-level executives
  • Expertise in delivering tailored software demonstrations
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting high-pressure objectives
