Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager will drive sales strategies and manage client relationships for SaaS products in the Mid-Market segment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of direct sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop sales strategies, set goals, and monitor KPI performance to drive growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales development to execute revenue campaigns
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software
- Proven success in managing and developing an inside sales team
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
