Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager, the full-time remote position will lead a team of account executives to drive revenue growth by managing corporate accounts, exceeding sales targets, and enhancing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to account executives to achieve their goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of people management or relevant leadership experience in Enterprise ($1B+ companies)
- Demonstrated success in sales or account management within the corporate SAAS sector
- Deep industry knowledge and experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision making
