Job Summary

To scale the higher education go-to-market team, the full-time Sales Manager will manage a personal sales quota while leading pipeline reviews, coaching team members, and driving overall team performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute a full end-to-end sales cycle in the higher-education market, enhancing product fluency and buyer insight
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and ensure strong CRM discipline to improve deal velocity and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Coach and develop the sales team through structured feedback and enablement while actively selling
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in SaaS or technology sales
  • 5+ years selling into higher education sectors
  • 1-2 years in a leadership capacity, such as a player-coach
  • Experience in startup or growth-stage companies
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in high six-figure ACV ranges
