Job Summary

To inspire and lead a high-performing team of 9 Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager will design and execute sales plans, support team productivity, and foster team development in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans while managing team productivity and customer experience
  • Conduct weekly forecast reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive sales initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and/or Force Management methodologies
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance technology, or similar technical sales environments is a plus
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and respond to customer needs effectively
