Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Sales Manager, the full-time remote position will lead and mentor a team of 6-10 quota-carrying sales representatives while developing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the EHS/ESG software sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct sales forecasting and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and maximize customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record of exceeding $2M+ annual sales quotas through team performance
  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience leading SaaS sales teams
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC methodology for enterprise-level deal qualification
  • Experience using CRM software and sales coaching tools to improve performance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
