Job Summary

To drive sales performance and team development, the full-time Strategic Sales Manager will oversee a team of Strategic Account Executives in a remote setting, focusing on achieving financial targets and executing sales strategies while mentoring and coaching team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed financial targets while developing and executing sales strategies
  • Attract and retain top talent within the sales team and conduct team prospecting sessions
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring they can build C-level relationships
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 10-15 years of consultative sales experience in high technology, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate account executives
  • Strong business acumen and forecasting skills
  • Experience in the Property Management or Lease Accounting sector is advantageous
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and executive presence
