Job Summary
Driving B2B sales growth, the full-time remote Sales Manager will lead the sales team, manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, and coach representatives to achieve revenue targets in the SaaS or EdTech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and win rates
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven experience selling to US corporate customers
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving revenue targets
- Experience with KPI tracking, sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM management
