Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, Sales Lead, and Senior Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track sales team metrics and measure effectiveness of activities across customer lifecycle and sales process
• Conduct group training and sales meetings, provide tools and reporting to increase productivity of Sales Development Representatives
• Develop sales metrics/targets, create working schedules, and participate in hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Leadership
• Experience managing a full-time remote sales organization
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
