Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding and training program for new sales team members
  • Set clear objectives and key results for the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets
  • Analyze and track various sales metrics, regularly reviewing and reporting on sales team performance
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • 2+ years of experience within the Real Estate industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing sales data to derive actionable insights
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best performance
  • Prior experience in process improvement and implementing best practices is a plus
