Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales who will oversee a team of Suite Account Managers, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cross sell and upsell efforts to increase revenue and achieve sales quotas
  • Build consultative relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their business goals and proposing enhancements to products and services
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of client relationships, from initial implementation to long-term relationship building
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of combined sales and account management experience in customer service, call/contact center, or service delivery
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience negotiating contracts and terms, increasing pipeline, and managing objections
