Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager for the Associate Sales Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Associate Sales Executives to achieve sales goals and activity targets
• Develop and implement high-volume sales processes, including lead generation and outreach
• Collaborate with senior management to design and execute sales strategies and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Thorough knowledge of sales processes and solution selling, including SaaS products
• Proven experience in outbound sales and new business development
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales pipeline and activity metrics
• Expert proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
