Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager for the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Corporate and Enterprise Account Managers to achieve revenue targets
- Manage forecasting, pipeline, and regional revenue performance in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and drive automation technology adoption
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in complex B2B deals
- 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience in the region
- Fluency in Dutch and strong business-level English communication skills
- Expertise in sales processes such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC and value selling
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and manage sales pipelines effectively
