Job Summary

Leading a specialized team in a remote capacity, the full-time Sales Manager - Cloud Solutions will drive growth by coaching sales professionals, developing strategies for cloud hosting and ERP services, and managing sales pipelines to enhance client experiences and recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor a sales team focused on customer expansion and recurring revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption of cloud hosting solutions and ERP upgrade services
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts and performance insights
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, or ERP solutions
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing sellers
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through customer expansion and cross-selling
  • Strong experience in managing pipelines and sales performance metrics
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
