Job Summary

To drive growth in the SMB/Commercial sector, the full-time remote Sales Manager, Direct Sales will manage a team of 8-10 sales professionals, oversee day-to-day operations, and implement strategies to meet new logo and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the new business sales team focused on driving growth for companies with 10 to 2000 employees
  • Forecast annual recurring revenue and provide insights into team performance
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members to enhance sales processes and achieve targets
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with full cycle sales and sales coaching
  • Strong understanding of sales technologies such as Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger Sale
