Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver results that consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Establish standards for key sales activities and foster a positive team culture
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams
  • 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying SaaS Account Executive
  • Deep understanding of the SMB and Mid-Market space, ideally with HR Tech experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is ideal
