Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage a team of Commercial and Strategic Account Executives focused on expansion revenue
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams to drive expansion revenue and improve sales tactics
  • Coach the team on understanding prospects' needs and building compelling business cases
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a complex sales process with cross-selling of products averaging $50k+ ACV
  • 1-2 years of sales leadership experience managing account executives
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue and activity targets as both an individual contributor and leader
  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative in achieving goals
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, global teams
