Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage a team of Commercial and Strategic Account Executives focused on expansion revenue
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to drive expansion revenue and improve sales tactics
- Coach the team on understanding prospects' needs and building compelling business cases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a complex sales process with cross-selling of products averaging $50k+ ACV
- 1-2 years of sales leadership experience managing account executives
- Proven track record of meeting revenue and activity targets as both an individual contributor and leader
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative in achieving goals
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional, global teams
