Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate a sales team to exceed quotas within the Financial Services sector
• Conduct weekly 1:1s to review performance and assist in navigating procurement cycles
• Build customer relationships at the executive level and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in the Financial Services industry
• Proven leadership experience managing a sales team for at least 3 years
• Deep understanding of financial regulatory requirements related to communications
• Demonstrated track record of meeting quotas in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• BS/BA or equivalent education and relevant experience
