Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Financial Services to lead and scale commercial sales efforts across financial institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of the financial services sales pipeline, focusing on banks, asset managers, and fund service providers
  • Manage and develop a small sales team, ensuring performance and execution of sales targets
  • Actively sell alongside the team, originating and closing deals with key target accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in financial services
  • Prior experience in managing or leading sales teams in a quota-carrying environment
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and meeting sales targets
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of the full sales funnel from origination to close
