Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Financial Services to lead and scale commercial sales efforts across financial institutions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of the financial services sales pipeline, focusing on banks, asset managers, and fund service providers
- Manage and develop a small sales team, ensuring performance and execution of sales targets
- Actively sell alongside the team, originating and closing deals with key target accounts
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in financial services
- Prior experience in managing or leading sales teams in a quota-carrying environment
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and meeting sales targets
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong understanding of the full sales funnel from origination to close
