Job Summary
Leading and scaling commercial sales efforts across financial institutions globally, the full-time remote Sales Manager - Financial Services will manage a small sales team while actively contributing to pipeline creation and deal execution.
Key responsibilities
- Owning and driving the growth of the financial services sales pipeline, focusing on banks, asset managers, and fund service providers
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Executives, ensuring performance and execution meet targets
- Driving sales funnel conversion from origination to close, prioritizing deal progression and velocity
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within banking, asset management, or financial services
- Prior experience managing or leading salespeople in a quota-carrying environment
- Strong track record of closing complex deals and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the full sales funnel from outbound origination to close
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and forecasting
