Job Summary

To drive sustainable growth in the food ingredient line, the remote Sales Manager, Sweet Protein will execute business strategies, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing sales efforts across North and South America.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute the business strategy and annual plan to achieve sales and profit budgets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through proactive communication and regular visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product development based on market insights and customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above with 5-6 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in the food ingredients or beverage industry
  • Proven experience in key account management and channel development with strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with professionals at various organizational levels
  • Market knowledge and insight in the Food & Beverage/Ingredients space
  • Bilingual in Mandarin preferred
