Job Summary
Leading a team of 8-10 Account Managers, the full-time remote Sales Manager for Account Managers will coach and mentor sellers to drive account health, exceed quotas, and leverage AI capabilities in their sales processes.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate a culture of self-development and accountability within the team
- Teach Account Managers to build and manage territory plans for quota achievement
- Coach AMs on conducting effective discovery calls and articulating value propositions using the Outreach platform
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in sales organizations with a focus on existing-customer growth
- Proven track record in coaching and developing sales talent
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and their application in sales processes
- Experience managing existing customer accounts and renewals
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and/or 6sense
