Job Summary
Leading a team of sales professionals, the full-time SMB Sales Manager for Hospitality will coach and support sales efforts, manage pipeline activity, and collaborate with marketing to drive new opportunities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of salespeople to help them achieve their targets
- Manage pipeline activity to ensure accurate forecasting and deal progression
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to create effective campaigns for small and medium-sized hospitality businesses
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of B2B sales experience, including 1-2 years in a sales management or team lead role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an SMB environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with familiarity in hospitality technology preferred
- Strong coaching skills focused on people development and performance management
