Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Mid Market Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching, leading, and inspiring a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers
• Managing KPIs and metrics to ensure the team meets quotas and assisting with client demos and presentations
• Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs and provide solutions

Required Qualifications

• Excellent Sales Management experience in a Technology company
• Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, retaining, and training Account Executives
• Direct SaaS/Cloud selling or software selling experience
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Strong business forecasting and pipeline development skills
