Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for Mid-Market, the full-time remote position will manage team development, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets while fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and enable a world-class sales team to achieve productivity metrics
- Develop account strategies for the region, ensuring effective collaboration and execution
- Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue through disciplined deal inspection and methodologies
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
- At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
- Proven experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand and customer acquisition
- Successful history of closing complex sales with multiple buying influences
- Experience establishing relationships with executive-level partners and customers
