A company is looking for a Sales Manager - National Partnerships & Team Lead (Player/Coach).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives and Mom Ambassadors
- Create and implement sales playbooks and oversee pipeline management using CRM tools
- Actively pursue and close national brand partnerships and manage relationships with key contacts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital media/advertising sales with 1-2+ years in sales team management
- Proven success in key verticals with an established network of national contacts
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, with Zoho CRM experience as a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, empathetic, and highly organized
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-organization environment
