Job Summary
To accelerate growth, the full-time Sales Manager for New Business will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, while working remotely to bring new merchants onto the platform and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, product demos, negotiation, and closing contracts
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Web3 and FinTech merchants through various outreach methods and industry events
- Provide reliable sales forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in FinTech, Payments, or Crypto/Web3
- Fluent in Russian and English (B2+/C1) for negotiations with international prospects
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value and merchant economics
- Experience selling payment or infrastructure products is a strong advantage
- Self-organized and disciplined in managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools
