Job Summary

Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager for SMBs will drive outbound sales efforts to sell advertising solutions to small local businesses while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound cold calling environment
  • Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and exceed revenue targets
  • Facilitate team meetings and sales trainings to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound sales setting
  • Proficient in selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on team development
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
