Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager for SMBs will drive outbound sales efforts to sell advertising solutions to small local businesses while working remotely from the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound cold calling environment
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and exceed revenue targets
- Facilitate team meetings and sales trainings to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound sales setting
- Proficient in selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on team development
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
