Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, High Efficiency Support-Group Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support other Sales Managers to achieve team and portfolio goals through development and feedback
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for hotel guestrooms and meeting spaces in collaboration with Revenue Managers
  • Align strategies and pricing with hotel teams, sales teams, and Hilton Commercial and Brand Performance teams
Required Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of hotel-facing sales experience
  • One (1) year in a supervisory role leading high-performing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel sales lead processes and negotiation
  • Proficient in Revenue Management systems and hotel property management systems
  • Experience building partnerships with property teams at all levels
