Sales Manager - Healthcare Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Healthcare and Hospital Systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts for group training in infection prevention and control
• Oversee sales operations, track KPIs, and produce regular performance reports for management
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with the Program Manager on proposal development and budget execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in selling training/education to hospital systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, Sales Force, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
