Job Summary
To build a high-performance sales culture, the full-time Sales Manager, Inside Accounts will manage and develop a team of 10 Inside Account Managers, focusing on customer renewals, expansion, and product adoption for over 1,200 existing customer accounts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new Inside Account Managers through structured enablement programs
- Coach team members on sales fundamentals and customer-centric behaviors to enhance account management skills
- Drive net retention and expansion revenue targets while establishing best practices for sales processes and AI tool integration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience with a background in managing or mentoring teams
- Proven ability to develop early-career sellers through high-touch coaching and relationship management
- Experience with expansion and renewal motions, including cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Strong operational discipline in managing forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce and Clari, along with the ability to leverage AI technologies for sales improvement
