Job Summary

Leading a team of Key Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager, Key Accounts will drive revenue growth, manage sales activities, and develop a high-performance sales culture in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue quotas for the team and drive self-generated business growth
  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team while developing and executing a vertical-focused sales plan
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance sales and maintain customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of management experience in a sales environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to operate cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel within the US
