Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Lease Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of lease optimization professionals, coaching performance and guiding daily production
• Run pipeline reviews, remove roadblocks in negotiations, and escalate complex landlord conversations
• Partner with senior leadership on onboarding and workflow improvements to enhance team output

Required Qualifications

• Background in telecom lease optimization or related specialty
• Experience leading teams where performance is measured by results
• Comfort coaching talent and providing direct feedback
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and reporting dashboards
• Prior experience in a production-focused telecom or network real estate setting is preferred
