Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager in Los Angeles (open to remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales leaders overseeing Account Executives and BDRs
  • Build and maintain the sales plan, including forecasting and KPI reporting
  • Ensure operational excellence by implementing effective and repeatable sales processes

Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of leading a company to strong revenue outcomes
  • Prior experience structuring a B2B sales team for landing and expanding business
  • Strong sales acumen in enterprise sales and consultative sales
  • Prior experience in consulting and/or professional services
