Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager for Mid-Market Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, and develop a team of engaged and high-performing Account Managers
- Implement renewal and expansion forecasting and deliver accurate summaries to leadership
- Collaborate with internal resources to develop playbooks for account management and renewal scenarios
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Renewals Management, or Account Management
- 2+ years of experience managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams in a high-growth technology company
- Proven track record of leading a team responsible for driving revenue growth and managing expansions
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with perseverance and a positive attitude
