Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives in a hybrid role, the full-time Sales Manager - Missouri will coach, develop, and drive performance in consultative selling, focusing on building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives in full-cycle sales processes
- Drive execution of sales activities including prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support sellers in closing new and expanded business
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in leading or mentoring sales professionals
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in media, with a focus on consultative selling
- Proven ability to coach on prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and experience in disciplined forecasting
- Clear communication skills with the ability to build trust among team members and leaders
