Leading a team of Account Executives in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Sales Manager - Missouri will coach, develop, and manage sales professionals focused on consultative marketing solutions for local businesses while driving performance and client success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives in full-cycle sales
- Drive execution of sales behaviors, including prospecting and pipeline management
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and support sellers in closing new business
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in leading or mentoring sales professionals
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on consultative selling
- Proven ability to coach on sales skills such as prospecting and closing
- Experience with digital marketing solutions and CRM tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and accountability
