Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, North American Agentic Workspace Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales specialists to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Manage the team's sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership
- Collaborate with Google sales leadership on strategic deal management and joint go-to-market initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including 2 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record in selling professional services or enterprise software, preferably in cloud or AI
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Experience in building strong, collaborative relationships with partners
