Job Summary
To drive net new sales initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Manager, North America will lead a team of Account Executives, focusing on enterprise logo acquisition, coaching team members, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and manage a team of Account Executives dedicated to net new enterprise sales in North America
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to develop and operationalize account-based marketing strategies
- Drive CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting of net new bookings while coaching the team on effective sales tactics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in net new sales with a focus on complex enterprise sales processes
- 1-2 years of sales leadership experience managing a team of new business account executives
- Proven track record of meeting revenue and activity targets as both an individual contributor and sales leader
- Experience in developing sales strategies across North America
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional, global teams
