Job Summary
Managing the sales efforts of Account Managers in the Midwest, the full-time remote Sales Manager - Nutrition will maximize sales and profit by guiding the team in identifying and converting new opportunities while ensuring commercial excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate sales strategies and set targets/KPIs for the team and individual Account Managers
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop Account Managers and improve team performance
- Oversee data administration and performance monitoring through CRM systems to drive sales initiatives
Required qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education in Business, Science, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a sales capacity within the chemical distribution business
- Proven track record of achieving strong sales growth and meeting business objectives
- High school diploma required; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field preferred
