Sales Manager - Outbound

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales in a remote position within the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
• Drive daily outbound activity to ensure team members meet or exceed KPIs
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
• Proven success in a cold calling environment focused on high activity and quota achievement
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
