Sales Manager - Outbound

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales in a remote position within the Western Region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
• Drive daily outbound activity to ensure team meets or exceeds KPIs
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
• Experience selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
• Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on quota achievement
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a high school diploma or GED
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics for actionable improvements
