Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - Outbound will drive high-volume outbound cold calling efforts to sell advertising solutions to small local businesses, operating remotely while fostering team performance and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound sales
- Drive daily outbound activity to ensure team members meet or exceed KPIs
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
- Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
- Proven success in leading teams focused on high activity and quota achievement
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to team development
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
