Job Summary
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time remote Sales Manager - Outbound will coach and support high-volume outbound cold calling efforts to sell Yelp's advertising solutions to small local businesses across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Drive daily outbound activity and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates
- Facilitate team meetings, sales trainings, and performance check-ins to foster a high-performance culture
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound sales environment
- Proven success in selling digital products to SMBs and experience using Salesforce CRM
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to team development
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and implement improvements
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
