Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - SMB Outbound Sales (Remote - Western Region).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
Drive daily outbound activity and ensure team meets or exceeds KPIs
Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume environment
Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
Proven success in leading teams in a cold calling environment
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
